How do I sign up for CU Connect?
Complete and submit your CU Connect
application online today.
How do I access CU Connect
for the first time?
After you've signed up for CU
Connect, simply access our website at www.tracycu.org
and then click on the CU Connect button. Enter your member
account number and four-digit PAL Plus PIN (Personal
Identification Number) and 10 digit (alphanumeric) password.
Is there a fee for CU Connect?
No! This convenient service is available
to members at no charge.
What if I make a mistake
when trying to transfer funds?
Before completing a transaction,
CU Connect will prompt you to either "confirm
transfer" or "cancel transfer". If you
complete a transfer and need assistance, simply call
the member service center or send us an e-mail.
Can I change my PIN and/or
password?
Yes! Simply click on "PIN
Change/Password Change" button in CU Connect and
you'll access the information available to change your
password or PIN. It is recommended that you change
your PIN and/or password frequently.
How far back can I look
at my account information?
CU Connect generally retains
three months of history on your accounts.
Do I need to "sign
off" after each session of CU Connect?
No, but it is highly recommended
that you do so that all communication is severed and
no one else can use your computer and manipulate your
account or view confidential information. CU Connect
will automatically "sign off" after 10 minutes
of no activity.
Is CU Connect secure?
Yes! CU Connect is protected by sophisticated
security features. An encryption process ensures that your information
is "scrambled" before it is transmitted over the Internet.
CU Connect "decodes" your account information in order
to complete your transaction. The system is also protected by a
unique "dual-firewall" system designed to allow access
to authenticated users only.
